Jennifer P.W. Dietz, CEO
As CEO of FSSI, Jennifer Dietz oversees strategic client relationships and leads the Executive Management Team. A dedicated advocate for quality and process improvement, she is actively engaged in company operations, with a particular focus on client advocacy. Jennifer champions teamwork and career development, fostering continuous learning and upholding the organization’s core values. She also supports the growth of FSSI’s management teams, ensuring they are prepared to take on high-level roles to drive the company’s expansion. The Vice President of Client Services and the Vice President of Marketing report directly to her.
Jennifer’s journey with FSSI began full-time in January 1990, following eight years of behind-the-scenes work. Before joining FSSI, she worked in Corporate Treasury at Fluor Corporation in Irvine, California. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College and a Master’s in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. Earlier in her career, Jennifer supervised the International Credit Department at Fleet National Bank of Rhode Island.
Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Imaging Network Group (INg) and is an active member of a Vistage CEO group. She also contributes to several nonprofit boards.
Henry Perez, President & Chief Operating Officer
As President and COO of FSSI, Henry Perez provides strategic and tactical leadership to advance the company’s mission and goals. Henry leads a dynamic management team of production leaders and technologists, ensuring FSSI remains competitive with innovative products and services. He also directs the security and compliance of FSSI’s state-of-the-art network and facilities.
A member of the FSSI Board of Directors and Executive Management Team, Henry sponsors the Senior Management Team, which includes senior leaders from every department. He leverages over 40 years of industry experience to maintain high-level relationships with key vendors and clients, navigating technical requirements, workflows, automation processes, and quality standards with expertise.
A passionate advocate for leadership and industry innovation, Henry frequently shares his knowledge on workflow automation, operational efficiency, inkjet technology, and leadership at industry conferences and panels. He is an active member of a Vistage group and the Imaging Network Group (INg) and serves on the Solimar Advisory Council and Canon’s Digital Print Advisory Council (DPAC). Since joining FSSI in 1988, Henry has managed every production department within the company.
Karen Elsbury, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Karen Elsbury oversees all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring strict adherence to financial, tax, and legal compliance standards. In her role, she holds responsibility for the oversight of accounting, human resources, financial compliance, and insurance functions, supporting the growth and operational excellence of the company while mitigating risk. In her HR role, Karen is dedicated to implementing progressive HR policies and steering the company’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent in support of management’s goal to cultivate a vibrant workplace culture where employees thrive, contribute their best, and understand the value of their ESOP ownership.
As a member of the FSSI Board of Directors and Executive Management Team, Karen fosters relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other related entities. Karen joined FSSI in January 1992. She is a member of Engage, a bank-sponsored leadership group, and serves on a non-profit board.
Dan Palmquist, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Dan Palmquist drives revenue growth at FSSI by forming strategic relationships, setting corporate initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities in the transactional print and direct mail marketing segments.
Dan leads the Business Development Team and serves on the Board of Directors, as well as the Executive Management and Marketing Communications teams. He maintains strong relationships with current clients and partners while relentlessly pursuing new business development and partnership opportunities for FSSI.
Dan joined FSSI in April 2013 from California United Bank, where he was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the company’s Commercial Banking operation. With over 20 years in the banking industry, Dan previously served as Chief Banking Officer at Partners Bank in Orange County, California, and held executive roles at Wachovia and Wells Fargo Bank. He is deeply involved in the local community, contributing to various sports-related foundations and serving as Vice Chairman of the Schilling Educational Foundation.
Jon Dietz, Founder
Jon Dietz founded Financial Statement Services Inc. in 1980, leveraging a minimal investment and extraordinary vision to provide outsourced document production and distribution services initially to the Credit Union industry. Maintaining his client focus and commitment to technology, Jon developed FSSI into a premier outsource provider of mission-critical customer communications.
As a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, Jon offers his experience and perspective in establishing the strategic goals of the company. He works with the Marketing and Communications Department to provide input and direction on how to communicate FSSI’s brand. Most importantly, as the Founder, Jon’s presence and interaction with employees at all levels adds to the morale and culture of the company.
