To broaden its national footprint for delivery of printed statements, bills, invoices and correspondence, Financial Statement Services, Inc. (FSSI) today announced that it will open a new operations facility in Coppell, Texas, just north of Dallas. A multi-year lease was signed and production is set to begin during the third quarter of this year. Services will include high-volume imaging and inserting. FSSI’s business-continuity processing servers will also be moved to this facility, according to company president Jennifer P.W. Dietz
“The equipment and operations will mirror those in our Santa Ana facility, including FSSI’s proprietary Individual Mailpiece Tracking and letterStreamOne™ fulfillment,” says Dietz. “This will allow us to balance the production load and continue offering all clients the highest levels of quality and on-time delivery. The Dallas facility will also enhance business continuity for FSSI and its clients.”
Client services, software development support and file processing services will remain in California so clients will have the same strong service levels.
