Santa Ana, California Credit unions’ ability to enhance their members’ experience took another stride forward today as print-mail outsourcing company, FSSI, announced its participation in Jack Henry and Associates’ Symitar® Vendor Integration Program (VIP). The program provides third-party vendors like FSSI with access to technical resources that help result in compatibility with Symitar’s core processing platforms. Symitar says its primary objective with VIP is ensuring that credit union clients can quickly and easily deploy the technology products they need, whether they come from Symitar or elsewhere.
The announcement affirms that FSSI’s solutions, like its eStreamOne™ for HTML and PDF eStatement presentment, are fully Symitar compatible, including the ability to integrate with core platforms like Episys, and with Symitar’s credit union home-banking product, NetTeller.

More than 600 credit unions rely on the Episys core platform for their data processing needs, according to the Symitar website, making it the industry’s most widely used data processing system in all asset ranges over $50M. Nearly 40 percent of all U.S. credit unions with assets of $1B or greater use the core for processing member data.
