(FSSI) announced the opening of a new operations facility in Coppell, Texas. Strategically located near both DFW airport and a major USPS office, the new plant provides services that include high-volume imaging and inserting, and Disaster Recovery (DR)/business-continuity processing.

Additional DR/business-continuity support
FSSI’s Dallas expansion also enhances its business-continuity support for Santa Ana, according to Chief Operating Officer, Henry Perez.
“FSSI’s Dallas DR server configuration consists of multiple, enterprise-class systems, with more than adequate capacity to process and store high-volume print and mail jobs. All updates and modifications are replicated to the DR servers in real-time, via remote access. If a disaster is declared, servers will be utilized for receiving transmissions, processing client data, and managing online communications and job status, while equipment in either Dallas or Santa Ana will handle actual print and mail fulfillment,” Perez explains.
