(FSSI), a leading provider of document outsourcing services, celebrated receiving the inaugural Innovation Award for Business Effectiveness at the 2018 thINK Forum in September. FSSI was awarded this honor for creating a 90.38% cost savings on the quarterly performance reports of its investment firm client.
The thINK Forum is an annual conference hosted by inkjet industry experts and Canon Solutions of America. The Innovation Award recognizes unique innovation, forward-thinking strategy, and proven excellence in inkjet printing. FSSI won the Innovation Award for demonstrating how transitioning an application from a full-color digital process to inkjet not only helped FSSI increase production speeds and eliminate the risk of missing tight SLAs, but reduced the per piece cost by 90.38%! The client was extremely pleased with the results because they can now better scale with the efficiency of the new inkjet process, which also supports their efforts to increase new business.
