SANTA ANA, CA – April 2019 – FSSI is pleased to announce its recent successful Open House on March 21st, 2019, incorporating a Craft Communications theme that highlighted fresh ideas and an innovative approach to its tools and services. The event informed guests with tours of FSSI’s secure, newly-renovated facility and offered a Craft Communications Fair to provide a unique and interactive guest experience.
FSSI’s Craft Communications theme was the main focus of the event, encompassing the carefully-crafted and personalized attention that goes into all of its clients’ print, mail and digital communications needs. With the goal to present fresh ideas that produce sustainable results, FSSI provided key takeaways about new, cutting-edge offerings, including an in-depth workflow trend analysis report, opportunity to geo-split print and mail for faster delivery and color-related statement re-design options.

Following a guided facility tour, guests found themselves in a space transformed into a farmer’s market-style Craft Communications Fair, with informative booths, locally-sourced refreshments and a meet-and-greet with FSSI staff. The fair demonstrated how FSSI’s solutions are customized to each client, providing unique recipes for success. A Partner Showcase and Raffle, plus Social Media Corner, also complemented the experience.
An Artist Meet and Greet booth introduced guests to Ilya Mokhov, a local artist that designed and painted a large-scale mural inside FSSI’s lunchroom. The mural is a picturesque mountain landscape, representing the culmination of hard work and an appreciation for craftsmanship to create impressive results.
The FSSI Santa Ana Open House was an example of celebrations to come, with 2020 marking FSSI’s 40th anniversary. Festivities and theme details will be announced at a later date.
