Santa Ana, California Santa Ana-based Financial Statement Services, Inc. (FSSI) recently announced the promotion of Henry Perez to President. Prior to this announcement, Jennifer Dietz was filling both President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) roles. Dietz will remain CEO as Perez takes over the strategic and tactical duties of President. Sales at FSSI grew significantly during the COVID years, and one of Perez’s most immediate tasks is to scale the company’s processes for even more expansion.
Perez was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for over 15 years, having started at FSSI 35 years ago as a mailing operator. Mechanically inclined, he soon took over the Technical Services leadership responsible for maintaining all of FSSI’s printers and inserters, then gradually proceeded to take on all of operations. During his tenure, Perez has successfully led his teams to purchase industry-best equipment and software, expand the Dallas facility and focus on continuous improvement. He has also led the company’s IT departments for the past 10 years and implemented major upgrades to FSSI’s software infrastructure, solidified its proprietary online client-facing tools, and improved security protocols.
