FSSI Selected as Pitney Bowes Presort Services Client of the Year

Santa Ana, Calif. – October 22, 2019 – FSSI was recently named Pitney Bowes Presort Services “Client of the Year” for both First Class Mail and Marketing Mail for the West region, in recognition of FSSI’s steady growth in the quality and volume of print and mail pieces as well as consistent demonstration of overall best practices.

The award selection was based on each Pitney Bowes Presort Services site picking a client that successfully met the following criteria:

  • Quality “Automation” mail
  • No postage or accounts receivable deficit
  • Great working relationship
  • Timely issue resolution
  • Volume growth
  • Loyalty

Regional Vice President – West, Lori Butcher, General Manager – First Class Mail, Ryan Radzinski, and General Manager – Marketing Mail, Dabid Montano, presented Dietz with two engraved glass plaques. The presentation focused on the “long-standing partnership” between the two organizations and recognized FSSI’s overall “top-notch-quality mail” as a “good mail client,” highlighting its commitment to competitive prices and services and new technology.

Additional Pitney Bowes staff was also onsite for the presentation, hosting a company-wide lunch for FSSI employees that coincided with FSSI’s quarterly all-employee meeting at its Santa Ana facility.
